Own Territory Growth and New Business Development

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Client Services Manager to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.

You will own the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, closing, and account growth.

Compensation

• Base salary up to $60,000

• Performance bonuses tied to revenue and client growth

What You Will Do

• Prospect, qualification, and close new business

• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close

• Grow existing accounts and expand service lines

• Conduct client meetings, networking, and territory planning

• Maintain CRM pipeline and reporting

Leadership Scope

• Individual contributor role with sales ownership

• Works cross-functionally with recruiting and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales experience

• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Experience in staffing or workforce solutions preferred

• CRM experience required

Work Expectations

• Daily branch start at 8:00 AM with field travel

• Weekly appointment and revenue goals

• Cold calling, networking, and in-person client meetings
