Commercial Litigation Associate (Las Vegas)

Dickinson Wright is seeking a Junior- to Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience to join its Las Vegas office. Successful candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada. The ideal candidate will also possess:

·      experience handling discovery matters and motion practice;

·      the ability to take ownership of portions of litigation matters;

·      strong legal writing and communication skills;

·      exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills; and

·      the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
