Job Description

Crowell & Moring is seeking an associate or counsel to join our Financial Services practice in New York. This individual will work with our team to represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate clients in a broad range of credit and finance matters, including lending, derivatives, litigation finance and restructuring.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of substantive finance experience

• Background in derivatives, secured transactions, creditors’ rights and/or bankruptcy law is a plus

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $290,000 to $355,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
