Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts supporting Oracle EBS, ERP, Fusion Cloud, OCI, Oracle EPM, and BI Analytics platforms
- Oversee implementation, support, and enhancement activities for Oracle ERP applications and integrations
- Oversee cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and adoption of OCI services
- Drive enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities using Oracle BI (OBIEE/OAC) and reporting tools
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle EPM and financial planning/reporting solutions, ensuring seamless ERP integration
- Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business goals
- Lead talent development, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling of team members
- Establish performance expectations, provide regular feedback, performance management and support career development, succession planning, and talent growth within the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and control requirements, including SOX, CIP, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
- Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies including cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled analytics
