Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce needs
• Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Support and help execute global HR and people initiatives
• Coach managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Assist with talent development, engagement, and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with the CPO on strategic HR programs and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Well-rounded HR Generalist/HRBP experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments preferred
• Strong employee relations and business-partnering skills
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
• Experience supporting multi-location or global organizations is a plus

Minimum Qualifications Required
