Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting and revising various transaction documents
Assist with closings to include finalizing execution of closing documents, closing binders, and distribution to appropriate parties
Organize and coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, scheduling meeting rooms, video conferences
Manage communications regarding meetings, including invitations, agendas and all pertinent meeting information
Manage and maintain calendars for domestic and international travel, firm committees, internal and external meetings
Organize hard copy original documents and electronic documents for client files
Prepare and monitor attorney time entries
Prepare and process client billing invoices in conjunction with the Billing Department; assist with monitoring of account statuses
Prepare and submit expense and invoice reimbursements through Cosine
Manage conflict checks and open new intake client matters
Develop and provide ongoing contact and customer service to internal and external clients and vendors
Must be able to work with complex legal documents and stay current with evolving technology
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years Public Finance experience preferred
Must be able to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Must be technically proficient in Microsoft Office and a variety of legal services software such as Cosine, Interaction, Outlook, Intapp Intake, document management program
Ability to work as part of team and provide excellent customer service
Must exhibit professional demeanor, maintain confidentiality and good judgement
