Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a dynamic Am 200 full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 14 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for our Syracuse, NY office.
Location: Syracuse, NY
Skills and Educational Requirements:
Current NY Bar admission
J.D. degree from accredited law school
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of law firm or other relevant legal experience in litigation, including some experience in labor and employment law matters
Strong writing skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The salary range for this Associate-level role is $110,000 – $160,000, which represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location. Associates may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
