2027 Tax Administration Internship (January-April: Part-Time & Flexible Work Schedule)

At Blue & Co., LLC, we’re on the lookout for ambitious interns to jump into our Tax practice in our Louisville, KY office. This is a part-time internship that will work around your school schedule.

What You’ll Do:

As a Blue intern, you’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience by contributing directly to our client service teams. You’ll be supported by mentors, receive real-time feedback, and collaborate with coworkers, leadership, and client business owners.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Louisville tax administration team during tax season with organizing documents, tracking tax paperwork, and additional administrative tasks.

• Assist with assembling and processing completed tax return packages for delivery to clients.

• Help keep client files organized and follow up on missing documents as directed by the team.

• Work a flexible, part-time schedule designed around classes and commitments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT, Outlook and Excel and learning new systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Success in working independently and as part of a team.

• Exhibit strong communication skills - willingness to ask questions to gain knowledge of complex subjects

• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
