Work, Play and Grow at BlackLine!
Make Your Mark:
As one of the founding Product Managers at our new Product Hub in Krakow, you are joining at a moment that rarely comes twice in a career. You will be an early shaper of this hub’s product culture — setting standards, contributing to roadmap direction, and leaving a mark on a platform used by finance teams across the globe.
In this role, you will own the strategy and delivery of capabilities that help enterprises manage financial risk, assess customer credit exposure, and make faster decisions across the Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle — working across areas including credit decisioning, payment behaviour analytics, and the intelligent workflows that connect them.
You bring domain expertise in receivables, credit, or financial operations, paired with a growth mindset and genuine curiosity for AI-powered product development. Working closely with the I2C Product Team — across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market — you will build capabilities that modernise how finance teams manage risk at scale.
You'll Get To:
Lead I2C Product Strategy: Own the roadmap and execution for your product area within I2C — including risk scoring, payment behaviour analytics, and onboarding decisioning — with seamless integration across AR, Collections, and ERP data layers.
Embed AI into Financial Decision-Making: Partner with engineering and data science teams to design and deliver AI-augmented features — from predictive risk models and intelligent recommendations to automated review workflows — using tools like Claude and Cursor.
Define and Deliver Requirements: Write clear Epics, PRDs, and user stories that reflect deep customer understanding. Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Build Customer and Market Insight: Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand their workflows, personas, and pain points. Use competitive intelligence and market trends to sharpen product direction.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver features end-to-end. Contribute to release communications, enablement materials, and product demos.
Grow and Learn: Work alongside Staff and Senior Staff PMs, gaining exposure to platform-level strategy, enterprise-scale product challenges, and best practices in a high-impact environment.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with a demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end
- Domain knowledge in one or more of: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), credit management, or broader financial operations
- Familiarity with credit risk concepts, payment behaviour analysis, or financial decisioning strongly preferred
- Proven experience translating business needs into clear, prioritised product requirements and user stories
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and modern product development tools
- Strong communication and organisation skills; works effectively across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Connects product trade-offs to business outcomes; comfortable working across problems of varied scope
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts and an interest in shaping AI-augmented features
- Understanding of accounting and finance concepts and terminology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
We’re Even More Excited If You Have:
- Exposure to credit risk, trade credit insurance, payment terms management, or financial decisioning processes
- Experience with enterprise AR automation or financial operations software
- Experience contributing to AI-powered product features
- Experience in customer-facing activities such as demos, webinars, or discovery sessions
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architectures, particularly Azure
