Health Care Litigation Attorney – Memphis (#848)

The Memphis office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks to hire a litigation attorney with three or more years of litigation experience, preferably health care litigation experience, to join its health law litigation practice. This is a specialized, non-shareholder track position. Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as discovery and motion practice experience, are sought to become part of a team of attorneys and paralegals defending hospitals, physicians and long term care facilities on a wide variety of health care litigation and related regulatory matters. We will consider a partial remote work situation and flexible and/or reduced hours requirement. Tennessee license required; Mississippi license helpful.
