Labor & Employment Associate – Johnson City

The Johnson City office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz. P.C. seeks an associate with one to three years of litigation experience, with material employment experience preferred, to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Ideal applicants will have experience with preparing position statements in response to charges before the EEOC, drafting policies and handbooks, conducting policy trainings, and handling internal investigations, as well as engaging in discovery and motions practice in state and federal court. Academically distinguished applicants who have the ability to work independently with excellent writing and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
