Litigation Attorney – Dallas (#840)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks to hire an attorney with at 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably experience in consumer finance and mortgage servicing litigation, for a non-shareholder track position. General experience in financial services and/or property or general experience would also be helpful. Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as discovery and motion practice experience, are sought to participate as part of a team of attorneys and paralegals representing banks, mortgage lenders, and servicers in financial services litigation matters. We will consider a partial remote work situation and flexible and/or reduced hours requirement. The billable hour expectation is between 1,650 and 1,750 with limited nonbillable administrative time. Candidates must reside in or be based in the Dallas, Texas area. Texas license required.
