Real Estate Associate - Any Office (#835)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with three to five years of transactional and commercial real estate experience. Attorney responsibilities may include negotiating purchase, sale and lease agreements, financing, development and JV arrangements, and other general corporate/real estate work. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving transactional and real estate practice with significant client contact. Academically distinguished applicants with excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills are sought to assume responsibility in this active and diverse practice. We seek a bright, hardworking attorney with good judgment and attention to detail. The candidate may work in any of the firm’s offices. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $285,000 per year, depending on location, experience and qualifications.
