Aviation Associate - Any Office Location (#830)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. is seeking a corporate associate with three to five years of transactional experience to join its nationally recognized aviation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including aircraft purchases and sales, leasing, financing, and ownership structuring. Our aviation attorneys are trusted advisors to a diverse group of clients and handle complex, high value matters that often cross jurisdictions.

While experience in aviation law is preferred, we are also interested in candidates with a solid foundation in corporate, finance, or transactional work, particularly those with experience in asset-based lending, equipment leasing, structured finance, or similar areas, who have a genuine interest in developing an aviation-focused practice. We are committed to training and mentoring associates who are eager to learn this specialized area.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and business-minded, with strong drafting and analytical skills and a desire to build long-term client relationships. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $285,000 per year, depending on location, experience and qualifications.
