Corporate Associate - Nashville (#829)

The Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a Corporate Associate with three to six years of experience to join its Corporate Group. Qualified candidates will have experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. Experience with public and private company governance, securities law compliance, and related regulatory matters is strongly preferred.  Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Successful applicants will have significant experience working directly with clients and senior deal teams on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and institutional investors. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high‑profile transactions alongside leading practitioners in a collaborative and demanding practice.  Tennessee license required.
