Machine Learning Platform / MLOps Lead
Location:  Serbia

About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Platform / MLOps Lead to join our Media & Entertainment team, supporting next-generation AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our state-of-the-art AI-powered VFX platform. This role will bridge Machine Learning and Software Engineering teams, with a focus on owning ML infrastructure, improving developer experience, and ensuring the reliable delivery of ML models and features into production.

You will build and maintain the systems, tools, and processes that enable ML teams to develop, test, deploy, and monitor ML models and features efficiently and safely .

Key Responsibilities
Own and improve  ML infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor production systems, triage issues, and improve alerting/automation
Manage ML models and feature release  across environments
Ensure  code quality, system reliability, and scalable architecture
Build and maintain  internal tools  to improve ML development
Support release processes, identify risks, and improve delivery efficiency
Maintain core infrastructure and existing internal platforms

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in  MLOps, DevOps, Backend, or similar roles
Strong  Python  skills 
Experience with  CI/CD, Docker, and cloud (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with  ML lifecycle and workflows
Strong problem solver and system design skills

Nice to have:  Kubernetes, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), data pipelines, model versioning (edited)
