Corporate Associate - Fund Formation and Partnerships

Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys, is seeking an associate with at least two years of law firm experience to join its Corporate practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have experience in fund formation, joint venture transactions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. The associate will work on sophisticated corporate investment matters, including drafting and negotiating complex partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and joint venture and investment documents. A background in partnership tax or familiarity with partnership-tax concepts is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills. This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office.
