Real Estate Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys, is seeking commercial real estate associates with approximately one to five years of experience to join its Atlanta, GA office. The candidate will work with developers, owners, and investors on sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects, with meaningful exposure to clients and real responsibility on transactions.

Junior Associates (1–2 Years)
Junior candidates should have foundational exposure to commercial real estate transactions and strong analytical and writing skills. In this role, the candidate will support deal teams on due diligence (including title, survey, and lease review), assist with drafting ancillary documents and closing deliverables, and help coordinate closings, with increasing responsibility as the candidate develops.

Mid-Level Associates (3–5 Years)
Mid-level candidates should have substantive commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and managing deals. The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact on transactions, drive deals from term sheet through closing, address title and other diligence issues, and help guide junior team members while working closely with partners and clients.
