Healthcare Litigation Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare litigation to join its nationally recognized Healthcare practice. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in a law firm setting, with specific experience representing healthcare providers in matters involving the False Claims Act, Certificate of Need proceedings and regulatory disputes. Successful candidates will have excellent academic credentials and legal research, writing, and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.  This position can be located in our Atlanta or Washington, D.C. The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000. Actual compensation offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to experience, training, and skill sets.
