Position Overview and Objective
The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise network and office technology infrastructure. This role supports corporate offices, core network services, connectivity, and related infrastructure systems across global locations, and partners closely with internal IT and Enterprise Security T eams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable services.
Responsibilities
As a Network Administrator at ARCTIC WOLF, you will:
Administer and support corporate network infrastructure through both hands-on and remote operations
Triage, respond to, and manage incidents and service requests including those related to IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and global network connectivity
Configure and support network infrastructure including UPS systems, wireless access points, firewalls and switches
Participate in an on-call rotation supporting network infrastructure and global offices outside standard North America business hours
Maintain and support network operations across global office and infrastructure locations
Plan, implement, and support infrastructure projects for IT and other internal teams, including firewall upgrades, device trust initiatives, network monitoring improvements, hardware and software deployments, and office buildouts
Document and diagram n etwork s and s ystems , configurations, and changes
Monitor network security, capacity, and stability, and respond to alerts
Collaborate virtually and in person with team members across North America and other global regions
Provide occasional support for office collaboration and workplace technology, including Zoom Rooms, digital signage, room schedulers, and intercom systems
Adapt to changing business priorities, technologies, and operational requirements
Participate in ongoing training and professional development relevant to the role
Provide escalation support to the IT helpdesk for infrastructure-related issues
Experience and Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
General networking, security, and infrastructure fundamentals ( Security+ and N etwork+ or equivalent experience )
Experience configuring firewall rules and switch ports on enterprise network hardware such as Cisco, Palo Alto and Juniper
Experience planning, configuring, i nstalling, maintaining , and troubleshooting enterprise IT network systems
Ability to align infrastructure solutions to business and user requirements, including Wi-Fi, cellular and VPN connectivity, authentication protocols, compliance needs, and enterprise application integration
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile ways of working
Key Competencies

Minimum Qualifications
2- 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Infrastructure Administrator, or similar role
Hands-on experience with enterprise switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and network troubleshooting
Experience with incident response, operational support, and service request management
Working knowledge of network security fundamentals, VPNs, authentication, DNS, and DHCP
Experience with Linux administration and scripting or automation workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document systems, procedures, and network changes clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Juniper switching/wireless and Palo Alto firewalls
Experience with SASE or cloud-based security platforms
Experience managing BIND or other DNS servers
Experience with KEA DHCP and IP Address Management tools
Exposure to highly available cloud infrastructure design across multiple regions
Experience using IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
Experience working with Ansible and Terraform automation tools
Exposure to software development best practices, including GitHub Actions, peer code reviews, and version-controlled workflows
Exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, JNCIA, or equivalent experience
Environment and Physical Demands
This role is primarily onsite at the assigned office location, with limited flexibility for remote work based on business needs
Participate in an on-call schedule to respond to incidents and alerts that may be outside of normal business hours
This role requires collaboration with teams across North America and other global regions and may require schedule flexibility to support business needs, maintenance activities, and participation in an on-call rotation.
Normal work hours are expected to fall between 10am - 8:30pm local time and expected to align with business needs
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed in sitting or standing positions in an office environment
Requires the ability to use a keyboard, communicate verbally, and work with device screens requiring visual acuity
If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space
When business travel is required, requires mobility sufficient to use public or private transportation and navigate essential locations
May include moving or lifting of 50 pounds or less ( e .g. n etwork switches, batteries, servers, and storage appliances )
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Typically up to 10% travel
