Manager, WWRFO Operations Excellence

The WW Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) team operates at the critical intersection of Retail and Operations, ensuring every Apple customer and channel can get what they need, when they need it, anywhere in the world. The Operations Excellence team within WWRFO drives the execution programs and systems that support that mission.
The Manager of Operations Excellence leads a high-performing team of program managers owning three distinct tracks: NEU purchasing, retail execution systems, and promotions and campaigns. You will set the strategic direction across all three tracks, own a significant capital systems roadmap, and serve as a cross-functional leader across Retail, WW, and Regional Operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager who builds strong, capable teams, earns trust across a complex stakeholder landscape, and is energized by work that is simultaneously strategic and deeply operational.
