At Amazon, every great product starts with a good idea and a lot of customer obsession. We're looking for people who enjoy organizing chaos, connecting teams, and getting projects off the ground. If you want to learn how to lead initiatives and understand how the business works end to end, come grow with us.
We value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and work to ensure that our internal environment reflects the plurality of the markets and customers we serve. That's why we have a DEI Committee with representatives from various areas and an engaged leadership, aware that "success and growth bring broad responsibilities." Our affinity groups are made up of volunteers who define DEI strategies and act as ambassadors, supporting you from Day 1, because "it's always Day 1."
The positions are for a start in the first quarter of 2027, on-site in São Paulo (5 days a week).
