At any given time, there are a multitude of actions sellers can take to grow their business on Amazon. Our team owns the intelligence that gathers these actions and transforms them into sequenced, prioritized, intuitive business plans sellers can discover and action through conversational experiences. We're looking for a product leader ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving field, helping sellers move from a high-touch growth experience to fully scaling their business through AI-powered guidance and automation.
Key job responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager - Tech working on Agentic Seller Growth, you will be responsible for setting the vision and developing the requirements for the system architecture that will scale and power agentic growth experiences across all growth levers. You will work backwards from fast evolving seller needs, partner with senior engineers, data scientists and UX designers to ensure the experience is trust-worthy and drives seller growth. Working with the latest technology, you will often deal with high ambiguity and make trade-off decisions between speed and quality. You will frequently present to and seek alignment with senior leaders from partner teams.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
