Key details
What makes this role novel
This role centers on designing learning programs where generative AI is the primary authoring and delivery tool—not just a subject matter, but the core method. The day-to-day work of using AI to generate personalized training modules, synthetic practice scenarios, and adaptive learning paths at scale is a capability that didn't exist as a job category before large language models.
Job Description
This is an AI-native role. You’ll design and deliver training for a global analyst team by using generative AI as your primary tool for authoring, personalization, and assessment. If you love learning design and are excited by how AI is changing the craft, we’d like to meet you.
Key job responsibilities
— Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and certification for content analysts across markets.
— Build point-of-work guidance and job aids that analysts use in the moment, not just courses they complete once.
— Use generative AI to author modules, scenarios, quiz banks, and personalized learning paths at speed.
— Stand up realistic AI-driven practice environments where analysts train on synthetic scenarios with instant feedback.
— Measure what your programs actually change — time-to-competency, quality, confidence — not just completion rates.
— Keep learning content current as policies and tools evolve, working closely with Policy, Ops, and Product partners.
About the team
Trust & Safety Operations is the team that reviews content against policy and applies age ratings and content warnings for every market Prime Video serves. We’re a mix of policy, operations, product, and science, and we’re building the next generation of tools our analysts use every day. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years designing and delivering learning programs in operations, contact center, content moderation, or similar high-judgment environments.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to build learning content — you’ve shipped things, not just experimented.
- Track record of measuring learning against real outcomes, not just satisfaction scores.
- Strong writing and information design skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing in-product guidance or co-pilot experiences, not just LMS courses.
- Familiarity with content moderation, age rating, or other regulated review work.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and how to evaluate AI-generated content.
- Experience training globally distributed teams across languages and markets.
