Key details
What makes this role novel
This role specifically involves quality-assurance and refinement of AI-generated creative assets (artwork, subtitles, dubbed audio) at scale for global distribution—a job category that emerged only as generative AI became capable of producing publishable media at volume. The work of reviewing and iterating on machine-generated creative output for production use is distinct from traditional QA, localization, or content moderation roles.
Job Description
Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies — all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. Our operations team ensures that millions of customers across the globe receive visually compelling, culturally appropriate, and linguistically accurate content experiences by reviewing and refining AI-generated artwork for publishing on Prime Video.
In this role, you will be the quality gatekeeper for AI-generated creative assets across multiple languages — ensuring every piece of artwork, text, and imagery that reaches our customers meets Prime Video's high bar for accuracy, cultural relevance, and visual appeal. You will combine creative expertise with a detail-oriented mindset to review, edit, and improve content while collaborating on the development of AI tools that drive operational efficiency. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and localization — and who is passionate about delivering a world-class viewing experience to a global audience.
Key job responsibilities
• Review AI-generated artwork — including subtitles and dubbed audio embedded in the image, to identify errors in image quality, such as: title placement, aesthetics, translation accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
• Review metadata and other references to the video content to help you understand the intent of the artwork.
• Apply your creative skills to edit and refine images in accordance with established guidelines.
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools to be used in the operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and input user stories to improve our tools and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality review processes, sharing your expertise in localization and content standards.
About the team

As a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up, influence the development of AI-powered tools, and directly impact how millions of global customers experience Prime Video's content catalog. If you're excited by the idea of joining a team in its early stages — where your contributions will be highly visible and your voice will help define how we operate — this is the place for you.
