Our operations team is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure.

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you will join a highly skilled, 24x7 shift-based operations team responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to operationalise and support CDN and cloud compute network platforms while continuously improving network observability and operational excellence.

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer you will be responsible for:

Investigating and resolving routing and switching faults across large-scale network environments

Troubleshooting backbone and fabric network topology issues

Leading and supporting the resolution of high-severity technical incidents

Acting as a subject matter expert during incident response and operational reviews

Designing, developing, and maintaining alerts, runbooks, dashboards,and monitoring solutions to improve fault detection and operational visibility

Installing, configuring, and optimizing network infrastructure while developing operational tools, automation, and technical documentation to support it effectively and efficiently.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a background in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent field.

Have solid, long-term experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments.

Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.

Possess expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching, with CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications.

Have experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and MPLS.

Have experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries.

Working hours: 7.00 am- 3.00 pm CEST
