About the BVP Nasdaq Emerging Cloud Index

The BVP Nasdaq Emerging Cloud Index (ticker: EMCLOUD) is a benchmark maintained by Bessemer Venture Partners and Nasdaq that tracks the performance of publicly-traded cloud companies. Constituents are reviewed and rebalanced quarterly, so the exact set of companies shifts over time as new SaaS companies list and older ones consolidate.

The index is a natural companion to the Forbes Cloud 100. Cloud 100 tracks the top private cloud companies; once one goes public, it typically graduates onto EMCLOUD. Together the two lists cover the full public-plus-private lifecycle of cloud/SaaS at scale. This tracker pulls every constituent's open-roles data directly from each company's official ATS — see our methodology for the full source list.

How the index changes
Constituents are reviewed quarterly. Companies can be added, removed, or reweighted based on the published methodology. The tracker reflects the current published constituent list.
