Missionforce is Salesforce's dedicated business unit revolutionizing U.S. national security operations across defense, intelligence, and aerospace agencies with AI-powered workflows. We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Operations to join our Missionforce team, based in D.C.. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding the capacity and capabilities of our partner ecosystem supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Aerospace & Allied Nations. Responsibilities:   Coordinates all business activities related to expanding partners' cleared delivery capacity, while establishing effective relationships with strategic partners to provide them predictability, product enablement, and feedback. Coordinates with internal stakeholders — including sales, delivery management, legal, product enablement, and distribution — to drive alignment and growth. Manages rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives in support of strategic planning. Develops and presents status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive steering committees. Required Qualifications:   5+ years of experience in the Salesforce partner ecosystem. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence leaders without formal authority. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications. Preferred Qualifications:   Prior consulting experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or Federal Civilian agencies. Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model and complex business-to-business (B2B) sales processes. Background in defense or aerospace industries. This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position. The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $216,900 annually. 

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
